We want you to have a seamless experience with Moburas.com. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure all returned items are in original condition, with tags attached, and unworn.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@moburas.com within 14 days of your order date to request a return.

2. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label.

3. Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include all manuals, accessories, and parts. The items must be returned in good condition for full credit.

4. Attach the return label to the outside of your package.

5. Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item, follow the return process above and indicate that you’d like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund for the original item, and you can place a new order for the desired item.
